Personalized Programs for Brain & Body Health

Whether your primary concern is your overall health and wellness or you’re interested in optimizing brain health and cognitive wellness, Dr. Jones offers individualized programs designed to provide education, guidance, and ongoing support.

1. Vital Living: Natural Approaches for Common & Chronic Health Concerns

Your program begins with understanding you as a whole person—your health history, concerns, goals, lifestyle, and available health information.

Step 1: Start With a Complimentary Inquiry

Begin with a no-cost, approximately 15-minute inquiry call or visit to discuss your concerns and determine whether Dr. Jones’ approach may be appropriate for your needs.

Step 2: Comprehensive Health Review

If you choose to move forward, you’ll complete a general health intake and medical history. Dr. Jones will review relevant blood work, medical reports, and other pertinent health information during an in-depth discussion, often lasting an hour or more.

Step 3: Personalized Summary & Direction

Within approximately 1-2 days, you’ll receive a detailed Summary & Direction outlining the recommended steps and areas of focus for your program.

Step 4: Individualized Follow-Up

You’ll typically begin with 2-6 appointments, depending on your health concerns and goals. Appointments focus on implementing your personalized recommendations along with educational resources and support.

Step 5: Ongoing Support

After the initial program, monthly or as-needed follow-up can provide continued education, monitoring, and support.

Participants receive an extensive Body Health Manual containing educational information and resources to serve as a reference throughout their program.

2. Minds in Motion: Brain Health, Performance & Cognitive Wellness
