Graston Technique

Experience pain relief and improved muscle function using the Graston Technique as demonstrated by Dr. Lisette Miller of our Brandywine office. Graston Technique uses state of the art stainless steel instruments that are specifically designed to allow easier detection and treatment of soft tissue injury. The Graston instruments mold to various contours of the body, enabling treatment in areas of the body which may otherwise be hard to reach effectively, like the small muscles of the hands, feet, or elbow.

Whole-Body Cryotherapy

Whole-body cryotherapy (available in our Christiana office) replaces traditional ice baths and ice packs as a safe, non-invasive process that briefly exposes the body to extremely cold temperatures in order to promote inflammation reduction, muscle recovery, enhanced athletic performance, faster healing and other health-related goals. Cryotherapy may provide relief for an array of conditions, including stress, restless sleep, muscle and joint pain, and headaches.

1 week post meniscus surgery…whole-body cryotherapy for reducing inflammation and faster healing!

It’s like the fountain of youth!

Delaware 87ers forward Carlos Yao López gave thumbs up on his first Whole-Body Cryotherapy session at First State: “Everything hurt when I came in, but after an adjustment, cupping and cryotherapy, my joints feel great, my knees feel great, I feel younger and energized…it’s like the fountain of youth!”

Watch as Dr. Kris Kondrad of our Brandywine office performs a live cupping session for Delaware Online!Cupping—an ancient healing technique for today’s drug-free, natural pain relief—is also available in our Newark, Rehoboth and Wilmington offices.
