Benefiting the Ronald McDonald House of Delaware
Please help us send bushels of supplies to support the daily operations of the Ronald McDonald House of Delaware! The RMHD relies on generous donations from the community in order to fulfill their mission to help keep families together with loved ones in nearby hospitals. (Items needed are listed below.)
Bring your donations to any First State Health & Wellness office 9 a.m.- 12 p.m
Saturday, November 10th and in appreciation for your generous contributions, we invite you to enjoy:
Complimentary adjustments for existing patients!
Complimentary exam & consult with a doctor for new patients! (does not apply to Functional Nutrition)
Visit the Integrative Health Center for a complimentary all-levels yoga class 10-11 a.m. followed by a relaxing guided meditation 11-11:30 a.m. during the open house (choose 1 or stay for both!)
Enter to WIN a cryotherapy gift pack, including 3 whole-body cryotherapy sessions and a First State travel blanket ($170 value)!
Enter to WIN a pair of digitally-mapped custom orthotics ($100 value)!
Refreshments, demonstrations, raffles and giveaways!
Items may also be dropped off throughout October and November at any of our 7 offices: Newark, Rehoboth, and Wilmington.

Thanks to a community of generous donors, we are able to operate a House that serves up to 50 families nightly. We use these items to help keep our guest families safe and comfortable.
We are currently in need of:
- Individually wrapped snacks
- Bread
- Juice
- Flavored coffee creamers
- Paper Towels
- Travel sized toiletries for welcome kits
- Standard sized liquid hand soap
- Febreze (fabric refresher and air freshener types)
- Disinfectant wipes
- Liquid bleach
- New toys
- Pop Tabs
We cannot accept the following items:
- Medical supplies/equipment
- Stuffed animals
- Used items
