Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga | Wednesday, May 15 | 5:30-7:30 pm

Yin Yoga is the art of letting go. From a physical perspective, we let go of the muscular energy and quick, strenuous movements. Instead we opt for stillness in our physical practice. We settle into poses for several minutes at a time allowing for the lengthening of the fascia, the connective tissue, that holds us tight. Your tight hips and shoulders will thank you for it! All experience levels welcome. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a mat, two large beach towels or blankets, and an open mind!
